Toyota Key Fob Battery

A toyota key fob battery is usually a CR2032 in a push-button smart key from the 2010s onward, or a CR2016 in an older remote-head or flip key. The stamp on the old cell wins. CR2025 is the thinner cell of the same width on some older compact remotes. CR1632 and CR1616 are uncommon here, not equal choices.

Uncommon, not a third equal path: CR1632 is reported on some mid-generation smart keys, including certain Prius shells, and sources sometimes disagree. CR1616 is uncommon on Toyota. Do not make it the default older cell.

CR2032 · 3.2 mm CR2025 · 2.5 mm CR2016 · 1.6 mm Same 20 mm diameter. Thickness is the only change. Not to scale of a hand, but the ratios are real.

One cell is the normal count. Plus is the flat branded face unless a mark in the shell says otherwise. A battery-only swap does not require programming. CR2450, A23, and LIR2032 do not belong in these fobs.
